Ethnaのethnaコマンドにバージョン表示オプションが追加

inudogさんの要望により、ethnaコマンドにEthnaのバージョンを表示するオプションが追加されました。これにより以下のようにバージョンを表示する事が可能になります。


$ ethna -v
Ethna 2.1.0-dev
